About The Role
In order to oversee the daily processing of provider credentials, licenses, and payor enrollment applications, you will collaborate closely with your team lead as an operations analyst. To ensure that operations run well, you will collaborate with numerous teams across functional boundaries. This job is entirely remote.
What you’ll do
- Investigate, analyze, and assess data pertaining to continuing medical education and provider licensure in the US.
- Fill out applications for payor enrollment, provider credentialing, or licensing on behalf of Certify clients.
- Verify and authenticate data that has been updated on the licensing and credentialing platform, and make sure it is 100% accurate.
- Communicate via email with clients and providers if more information is needed.
- When necessary, provide assistance with monitoring or new client implementation projects.
- Write clear and succinct guidelines for Certify clients based on a summary of your research findings.
- Help with other ad hoc tasks as required
What you’ll need
- English proficiency
- An comparable number of years of work experience or a bachelor’s degree
- The capacity to carry out extensive investigation, especially using Google
- A keen eye for detail
- possess a solid understanding of Google apps and Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking
- The capacity to perform under duress and fulfill deadlines
