What You’ll Do as a Customer Support Mod
- Answer consumer questions promptly, professionally, and with accurate, useful information.
- Solve client problems and, if required, escalate complicated instances.
- Keep thorough logs of all interactions in our CRM.
- Make sure that all customer concerns are addressed and that they are completely happy.
- Inform clients on the characteristics and offerings of your products.
- Follow business procedures to ensure productive interactions.
