Responsibilities

  • Liable for answering client demands, including yet not restricted to, noting calls by means of a telephone line, client messages, talk support demands and giving late night ready to come in case of an emergency support for investigating specialized issues.
  • Support end-client gadgets/peripherals, including yet not restricted to PC equipment, working frameworks, correspondences, programming applications, information handling and security.
  • Support exercises incorporate supporting end-clients tolerating IT break-fix demands from clients across different section focuses, giving IT break/fix issue goal or heightening of the issue to the proper group.
  • First line help work area; resolve fundamental level 1 and a few level 2 issues including remotely investigating issues connecting with equipment and programming (ordinarily Windows, Macintosh operating system, Apple, Google for Work, Android Telephone Backing, MDM, AirWatch and so on.)
  • Openness to retail industry gadgets, for example, Retail location gadgets, Zebra gadgets, switches, switches, printers, other store hardware gadgets is liked.
  • Perform present goal subsequent meet-ups on help solicitations or episodes.
  • Research issues and resolves specialized issues.
  • Making/refreshing information articles and backing processes capabilities

Qualification

  • Experience Min. Half year to 1 Year (Compulsory) and 1 to 2 Years (Liked)
  • Composed and verbal relational abilities.
  • Outstanding skill to perform multiple tasks.
  • Extraordinary capacity to adjust and acquire new stages and abilities on the fly.
  • Excellent need to keep moving
  • Excellent relational abilities, with an emphasis on compatibility building, tuning in, and addressing abilities.
  • Capacity to work under tension includes managing limitations which are in many cases beyond your reach – these may be asset or time imperatives, the trouble of the errand or having lacking information expected to get done with the job, or unanticipated changes or issues.
  • Great to have – Experience utilizing and capable in Apple equipment, Macintosh operating system, Google (G-Suite), Windows and Office365
  • Great to have ITIL Information
  • Move on from a certify foundation or Under-graduate with important specialized insight
  • Past client/specialized help or innovation experience
