Key Responsibilities
- proactively find, evaluate, and narrow down your prospect pool using social media, employment portals, and recommendations.
- Arrange and plan interviews in a timely and effective way.
- Regularly maintain and update hiring dashboards and candidate records.
- Meet your daily and weekly recruitment targets with consistency.
What We’re Looking For
- Up to six months of relevant experience in high-volume hiring (project-based employment or internships are also taken into consideration)
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
- knowledge of employment portals and sourcing tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Possession of a functional laptop and a steady internet connection
- A peaceful, designated area at home where one can work without interruption
- Being able to start right away will be a benefit.
