Roles and Responsibilities
- Taking children’s demo classes.
- Utilize PlanetSpark’s pedagogy to instruct the children.
- Inform the group of renowned counselors about your observations regarding the child and the parent.
- utilizing PlanetSpark’s curriculum to conduct regular classes (after enrollment).
Eligibility Criteria
- Outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- ready to work six days a week.
- Willing to devote four hours a day to teaching for Planetspark.
- A minimum of one year of experience instructing English.
- A laptop with a webcam and reliable wifi are essential.
Shift timings that they can Opt for
- India- 3PM to 8PM
- Middle East/ Europe- 3PM to 11PM
- US/ Canada- 10PM to 8AM
Pay – (per hour)
- INR 250 per regular class
- Additional INR 100 for teachers who teach international kids between 10pm to 6am
What are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for
(1) Outstanding ability to instruct.
(2) Strong verbal and written communication abilities as well as exceptional attention to detail are essential.
(3) The capacity to establish trusting bonds with the child and to make learning enjoyable and interesting.
(4) The instructor must to be tech-savvy.
