How you’ll act

(1) Contribute to the management of a portfolio of projects and clients in various locations.

(2) Assistance in establishing and maintaining relationships with the sales team, client account managers, and the product delivery team.

(3) Participate in the planning and creation of project execution plans.

(4) Keep an eye on and keep track of projects to make sure they are finished on time and within budget.

(5) Ensure that customers receive the committed value and ROI.

(6) Follow established procedures to guarantee high-quality documentation and delivery.

(7) Assist in completing the current and future states of the project documentation and obtaining client approval.

(8) Work with the product team during the configuration and realization phases to assist in project implementation management.

(9) As needed, participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) as well as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation and execution at client sites.

(11) Help customers through the hypercare phase and in the transfer of knowledge to the Customer Success Manager (CSM).

(12) In conjunction with the operations team, monitor and respond to complaints and issues raised by post-hypercare customers.

(13) Add to the client restoration interaction and assist with building long haul connections..
