Key Responsibility for Customer Support Executive work

Issue Resolution:- Help customers with their problems and offer prompt, efficient solutions.

Communication:- Maintain professional and clear communication with customers to ensure that their concerns are met.

Documentation:- For the purposes of record-keeping and analysis, accurately record customer interactions and feedback into the system.

Collaboration:- Assist with any necessary operational tasks and collaborate with other members of the team to ensure a smooth customer service experience.

Requirements as Customer Support Executive work

Qualification PUC/ Graduate
Experience Open to both experienced candidates and freshers.
Language Proficiency Hindi and English
Work Hours6 days working with rotational shifts from 11 AM to 8 PM. Flexibility to work any 4 hours during this period.
Rotational off 1 Day Off Per Week
Technical Requirements Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.

Benefits for Customer Support Executive Work

CTC:- Up to ₹13,000/- per month.
