Job Description
- Pre-Call Investigate the case and ascertain the assigned sellers’ current eligibility using online and available resources.
- connects with clients via phone calls to obtain information and verify information.
- Based on the verified and collected data; change the client’s profile to get the score they want.
- educating customers about the advantages of his company; responding to inquiries; removing ambiguity.
- The conversation with the respective sellers is based on disposing of the cases using the appropriate reason codes.
- before beginning to collect any information from the clients, informing them of the recorded conversation.
- following up with the sellers in response to their call-based request.
- achieving the company’s daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Work three to four hours per day to reach the desired daily connect/content collection number.
Essential Requirements:
Work from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday (minimum 3-4 hours per day). You need a good working environment at home, including a table or chair and a private area where you can work. You also need a computer, an Android smartphone with a separate calling SIM, and good internet connectivity.
