There are exciting times ahead! We are currently seeking a competent Support Executive to join our creative and driven team at Collegedunia, one of the top educational websites. This full-time position offers a path to both professional and personal growth in addition to a career.
Responsibilities and Duties
● Give prompt, courteous, and professional answers to students’ questions via CMS, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
● Respond to and settle support tickets pertaining to payments, technical difficulties, course access, and general questions.
● Keep thorough records of all interactions with students and how they are resolved.
● Monitor outstanding or unanswered questions to guarantee prompt resolution
Work together with internal teams (tech, operations, and academic) to address challenging problems.
● Report unresolved or high-priority tickets to the relevant department.
Make certain that every support interaction satisfies quality and response time requirements.
● Offer suggestions and analysis to enhance the support procedures and student experience.
● Create simple reports or summaries of reoccurring problems and support trends.
● Keep abreast on platform modifications, course offerings, and support guidelines to properly help students.
Our Wish Your Skills
● Proficiency in both written and spoken English
● A basic understanding of how to communicate professionally via email and WhatsApp Web
● The capacity to efficiently manage time and multitask
● A customer-focused attitude characterized by tolerance and compassion
● A basic awareness of online learning environments or a readiness to pick things up fast
