Job Description
To join our support team, we are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Chat Support Executive. The ideal applicant will be in charge of offering correct information, resolving problems quickly, aiding clients via live chat, and making sure that the customer experience is flawless.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to consumer questions via live chat in a timely and courteous manner.
- Use the appropriate techniques and resources to present accurate, reliable, and comprehensive information.
- To ensure client happiness, determine and evaluate their demands.
- Clarify the customer’s complaint and identify the root reason to address problems with the product or service.
- Send unanswered questions to the relevant internal teams and, if necessary, follow up.
- File paperwork, handle client accounts, and keep track of customer interactions.
- Keep abreast of system updates and product knowledge.
- Reach or surpass performance goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is advantageous; a high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
- demonstrated expertise in customer service, ideally in chat support.
- outstanding written communication abilities and typing speed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulousness.
- The capacity to manage several talks at once and perform well under duress.
- knowledge of live chat tools and CRM platforms.
- The ability to work at different shifts
