Role and Responsibility

Offer customer service via a variety of platforms, including chat, email, and non-voice procedures.

Respond to inquiries from overseas clients using a blended process (chat + email).

Provide clients with product solutions according to their needs.

Using CRM software, keep thorough records of all your interactions with customers.

Work together with internal teams to find solutions for challenging problems.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 0–3 years of experience in a related field, such as BPO customer service.
  • Excellent communication abilities for efficient customer service through a variety of channels (email, chat).
  • The capacity to manage several tasks at once while working in a fast-paced setting.
  • It is crucial to be proficient in both the non-voice and international chat processes.
