Responsibility
- Compare the recorded audios to the original audio scripts.
- Ensure that the audio complies with all data quality rules.
- Accept or reject audios based on adherence to the script and environmental factors, such as audio quality.
Job requirements
- Excellent English skills
- All candidates will need to pass our internal QA test to qualify for this role
- High attention to detail and ability to follow elaborate guidelines in English
- Proactive decision maker
- Ability to meet daily QA KPI’s
- Integrity and strong work ethic
- Previous experience in QA is a plus
