About The Team
The MyHR Live Support (MHLS) team at Amazon provides HR services to 1.5 million Amazonians worldwide. With a dynamic contact center that manages live chats and phone calls, the team specializes in issues like pay services, benefits, employee relocations, offboarding, time-off, and more.
Key Responsibility
- Manage a large number of live interactions (phone and/or chats), making sure that resolutions are prompt and focused on the needs of the customer.
- Utilize the documentation that is available and raise any unanswered questions as necessary.
- Gain the trust of your customers by communicating with empathy and personalization.
- Address urgent employee concerns as soon as possible and properly document.
- Uphold the highest moral standards and maintain privacy.
- Work together with partner teams to find solutions for cross-functional problems.
- Reach performance goals like customer satisfaction ratings and first-contact resolution.
- Respect established timetables, including lunches and breaks, to guarantee round-the-clock operational assistance.
- Be adaptable when it comes to shifts, including weekends, evenings, and overnights.
Basic Qualification
- A master’s or bachelor’s degree.
- 0–10+ years of experience in human resources, customer service, contact centers, or related fields.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (+85%).
- Prior to joining, have a 50–100 Mbps internet connection.
Preferred Qualification
- Five or more years of experience in customer service, human resources, or contact centers.
- Familiarity with US laws pertaining to accommodations and leave of absence.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling sensitive and private employee data.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
