Automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers is made possible by this team. It facilitates automation for the Robotics and Amazon Internal Fulfillment Technologies teams, including offline (image/video) and real-time data auditing services. Supporting the fulfillment centers in preserving inventory accuracy is one of this team’s main contributions.

In order to indicate the activity shown in the video, an Associate in this position must watch videos of the stowing action at fulfillment centers, fully comprehend them, and use their human judgment in conjunction with the tools and resources available. It is expected of them to use a tool to mark or confirm the product’s location with the utmost precision. This procedure aids in preserving the stow quality of the fulfillment center. This position is operational. Under general supervision, the Associate quickly and accurately completes detailed video/image audits, which helps to reduce defects.

Key Responsibility

Watch hundreds of videos in a shift and respond by adhering to standards for correctness (quality), productivity (speed), and appropriate/acceptable behavior.
Make sure you spend 6.8 to 7 hours a day answering the videos, and take breaks during the designated times.
For remote workers, keep a specific workspace with a table, chair, and enough lighting.

Make sure that only the employee has access to the workspace and work-related data.

The Candidate is Expected to Demonstrate

• Willingness to serve a six-month contract in a non-technical capacity.
• the ability to audit jobs that use text, images, or videos.
• the capacity to recognize details in videos that are less clear or blurry and respond appropriately. demands a great deal of focus and attention on the screen.
• readiness to work toward attainable quality and productivity targets and goals.
• Implementation proceeds quickly, and performance is reliable.
• The capacity to collaborate with remote teams, work rotating shifts (including night shifts), and be a very strong team player.
• Willingness to spend a few days in the office (when necessary, applicable for associates working from home).
• willingness to turn on the laptop’s camera when participating in online meetings.

A Day in Life:- Associates work rotating shifts in a 24-hour environment. They would work a 9-hour shift with breaks that were prearranged. The shift schedule may vary every three to four months or in accordance with business needs. A night shift allowance will be given in accordance with Amazon’s applicable work policy if an associate works a night shift.

Weekly Offers:- two consecutive days off on a rotating basis (a five-day workweek with two consecutive days off, not necessarily Saturday and Sunday) or as determined by business needs.

About The Team:- In order to facilitate hands-free active stowing, the Data Auditing Operations team offers human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities by conducting visual audits on images and videos. The Operations Team receives short videos (usually lasting 15 to 20 seconds) and has people review them to gather data about the goods kept in fulfillment centers. These videos need to be carefully examined and audited using the best human judgment before being used for business purposes. Videos that Associates have audited will be used to improve the automated process’s efficacy. Associates will be further assessed for coaching and performance enhancements, and this procedure aids in maintaining stow quality at fulfillment centers.
