What’s it like being an Advisor you Ask

No Sales Targets:- We’ve never been one to set goals. Therefore, you can push yourself as hard as you want, but you won’t have a goal to aim for.

No previous experience is necessary:- No matter where you come from, we care. or your activities. You are in if you have good speaking skills and are willing to learn new things.

No Spam no mis selling:- You will only speak with people who have contacted us via phone or WhatsApp. Additionally, you won’t have to deal with disruptive individuals because we never spam customers.

Take Your Choice:- We at Team Falcon are committed to cultivating talent and accommodating individual preferences. You can choose from one of two advisory teams at Ditto:

Falcon Team:- The remainder of your time will be spent on WhatsApp, with direct calls accounting for approximately 60% of your interactions with users here. Although you will have plenty of time for yourself in between, the typical working day could last from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

We offer a rigorous two-month training program to get you up to speed if you have no insurance experience.

Our Interview Process: Seamless & Fast
